Data Deletion Policy

1. Overview

StyleNestLove Auto Tools is committed to protecting user privacy. This Data Deletion Policy describes how we handle the deletion of personal data when services are terminated or upon user request.

2. Deletion Timeframe

We delete personal data within 30 days of the termination of services. This includes:

• All personal data retrieved through the Temu Partner API
• Account information and authentication credentials
• Order and inventory data processed through the Service
• Logs and audit trails containing personal information

3. Deletion Process

Upon termination of services or receipt of a deletion request:

• Step 1: Identify all personal data associated with the user account
• Step 2: Securely delete data from primary storage (Alibaba Cloud)
• Step 3: Delete backup copies within the next backup retention cycle
• Step 4: Purge cache and temporary data stores
• Step 5: Verify deletion across all sub-processors

4. Retention Exceptions

Data may be retained beyond 30 days only if required by applicable law, court order, or government regulation. In such cases, data is retained only for the minimum period required and then permanently deleted.
