By accessing and using StyleNestLove Auto Tools ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Service Description

StyleNestLove Auto Tools is a self-developed application that integrates with the Temu Partner Open API to provide automated seller management tools, including product listing, inventory management, and order processing.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You shall not:

• Use the Service to violate any applicable law or regulation
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service
• Use the Service to transmit any malicious code or harmful content
• Resell or redistribute the Service without prior written consent

4. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, and underlying technology, is the intellectual property of StyleNestLove. The Temu Partner API and related trademarks are the property of their respective owners.

5. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. StyleNestLove shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Service.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the Service at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
